Larry Walsh (D-Elwood), Will County Chief Executive Officer was recently unanimously endorsed by the Will-Grundy Buidling Trades Council for re-election.

In announcing the endorsement Tom White, president of the Council said, "Larry Walsh has done an outstanding job.  He works from sun up til well into the evening everyday.  He has been at the forefront of fighting to keep the Third Airport under local control and put a halt to the attempt to outsource county jobs.  The council has enjoyed an excellent relationship with Larry through the years and he has earned our support."

Walsh has also been endorsed by the Will-Grundy Central Trades and Labor Council AFL-CIO and AFSCME Local 1028 which represents the county employees.
